1. Services

True Trades Marketing offers a variety of marketing services including, but not limited to:

- Website Design, Hosting, and Maintenance

- Facebook and Google Ad Campaigns and Ad Creative

- Google Business Profile Optimization and Local Search Rankings

- CRM Sales Process Automations

- Logo & Branding Design

- Custom Design and Sales of Promotional Merchandise and Products

2. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 3 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in client service agreement.

True Trades Marketing reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the specified terms.

3. Refund Policy

- True Trades Marketing offers a money-back guarantee on our ad campaigns if specified results are not achieved within the agreed timeframe. The specific terms and conditions of this guarantee will be outlined in the service agreement.

- Refunds for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the True Trades Marketing.

4. Client Responsibilities

- Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of services.

- Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content provided to True Trades Marketing for inclusion in their marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information and materials disclosed in the course of the service provision, unless such information is already in the public domain or otherwise agreed upon in service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services provided by True Trades Marketing remain the property of True Trades Marketing. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes agreed upon in the service agreement.

7. Termination

- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.

- True Trades Marketing reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms and conditions, or if the Client becomes insolvent.

8. Limitation of Liability

True Trades Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The total liability of True Trades Marketing for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.
